Hopkins House Farm offers a comfy bed and a nutritious breakfast. When doing our renovations, we made a decision to protect the historical integrity of the
house as much as possible. In doing so, we chose not to create a bathroom in each room. There is, however, a sink in three of the guest rooms. There
are two full baths which are shared by our guests - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. 7% Sales Tax plus 4% Washington County Room Tax
