Bed and Breakfast
Hopkins House Farm offers a comfy bed and a nutritious breakfast. We currently have five rooms available for guests,
four of which are on the second floor, accessible by stairs only.  When doing our renovations, we made a decision to
protect the historical integrity of the house as much as possible.  In doing so, we chose not to create a bathroom in
each room.  There is, however, a sink in two of the guest rooms.  There are two full baths which are shared by our
guests - one on the first floor and one on the second floor.  Please follow the links below to see photos:

Directions:
from the south:
Taconic Parkway north, take the "Last exit before toll."  Turn left at stop sign
at end of exit ramp.  Right onto Route 295 east. Left onto Route 22 north.
or
I-87 north of Albany to Exit 14.  Route 9P north, then right onto Henning
Road towards Route 29.
Take Route 29 east, towards Schuylerville. Follow
this the entire way until you come to a "T" with Route 22.
Left onto Route 22
north.

from the north:
I-87 south to exit 21. Turn left at end of exit ramp. Right onto Route 9 south.
Left onto Route 149 east. Left onto Route 4. Turn right onto Route 22 south.

from the west:
Mass. turnpike east to NY Route 22 (exit B3).  Head north on Route 22.

from the east:
Routes 11/30 into Manchester, Vermont.  Route 30 west. Left onto Route
153 west.  Continue to village of Salem, NY.  Turn right at traffic light onto
Route 22.
